We have some wonderful Yoga Instructors who combine their passion for animals with their skill of leading these classes through a beginner level yoga session. Their patience and humour really help make our Goat Yoga (GOGA) classes so enjoyable, as they never know just what might happen from one class to the next! Our instructors are fully qualified, and also carry their own insurance.
Mandy
Mandy is a long time local resident and a mom to a big blended family. She has a deep love of the outdoors and enjoys touring BC in her motorhome. From hot spring seeking to downhill skiing, she leads life with an adventurous heart. Mandy has spent the last four summers with GottaGoat Farm, leading yoga classes with joyful abandon. She is excited to return for 2026! Having earned her certification in 2013 through the South Okanagan Yoga Academy, she comes with a range of experience, and is honestly one of the best yoga instructors we’ve seen.
