Events + Classes

Everyone loves hanging out at our farm, cuddling up with the goats, and learning about all of the animals here. And we love having people come to visit… and of course talking about all the animals! We offer Goat Yoga Classes, Open Houses, Private Farm Visits, Parties and Educational Workshops at GottaGoat Farm. We can even bring our goats to you, and would love to be part of your event.

View our current schedule to see what we have coming up. Follow us on Facebook too, for current class and event announcements, changes or updates, as well as any updates to registration information. Or you can always contact us directly for more information or to plan your event. For any of the activities or classes at our farm, please read our Events + Classes FAQs section for more information, our farm policies, and what to expect.

GottaGoat Farm Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga Classes

We heard about the Goat Yoga trend a while ago, and when the goat kids were born at our farm, we found out how much they LOVED to climb all over us, and any of the farm visitors! And you can’t help but smile and laugh when you have a cute little goat cuddling up with you. No wonder this has become so popular! If you are looking for an amazing activity that combines the health benefits of yoga, with the therapeutic benefits of interacting with amazing little animals, then this unique experience is definitely something you NEED TO TRY!

GottaGoat Farm is working with some amazing yoga instructors in our area to be able to offer these classes at our farm. We have Public Goat Yoga Classes scheduled through our yoga partners, as well as Private Goat Yoga Classes, which make amazing corporate events and team building activities for your business! We had spent a lot of our years working for large companies, and we know how challenging it is to find interesting and engaging events for your staff or clients to attend. This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that is perfect for any organization. Contact us to get your event scheduled!

Please read our Events + Classes FAQs section for more information, our farm policies, and what to expect.

Open Houses + Farm Tours

We take pride in constantly learning and developing the best practices in animal care, nutrition and health, and ensuring that all of our animals are treated with love and respect. We also like to share this information with others who are caring for animals, interested in farm life, or just want to learn more about specific animals that they might not otherwise get to see first hand. In addition to all of our amazing goats, we have a variety of chicken breeds, and have several “unique” animals who have come to live with us at our farm, as a result of our work with some local animal rescue organizations. Many of these animals have some pretty amazing stories of how they ended up with us, and we love to share those stories with anyone who’d like to hear them!

We are pretty resourceful here too, and have designed and built many of the structures housing our animals (although some of our goats like to challenge us with regular repair tasks to their homes). For those people interested in the construction aspects of the farm, we can offer guidance and ideas on how to get started.

So if you’d enjoy just connecting with farm life and the animals firsthand, we offer Open Houses and Farm Tours. In addition to touring the farm and learning about the animals, you’ll of course get some “cuddle time” with the goats.

Open Houses are scheduled for specific days and times, but we do ask that you let us know in advance if you’ll be visiting, as we have limited parking. If you’d prefer your own Private Farm Visit, we can do that too – just contact us. Our farm work does take up a lot of our time, but we’ll certainly find a time to have you come out!

Au Lait the Donkey

Private Parties

We can’t think of a better way to enjoy a special occasion than hanging out with some adorable goats! We would love to have you out to GottaGoat Farm for your next Party or Event, and we can usually accommodate up to 25 people for these activities. We can also come to your function… and we’ll bring along a few of our wonderful goats! We’d need to make sure they are heading to a safe environment if we come to visit, so let us know in advance and we’d be happy to discuss our requirements with you. For more information about booking your Private Party or Event, please contact us and we can discuss how to make it a truly memorable occasion!

Educational Workshops

Currently under development, we will be offering a number of workshops on a variety of animal and farm related topics. Our goal with these workshops is to provide valuable information and education in some much needed areas, and we are looking to bring in some amazing individuals within our community who will provide a wealth of knowledge to all involved! Keep an eye on our schedule to see when these are offered, and follow us on Facebook for up-to-date information!

Liability Waiver Agreement

As we are an operational farm, and you will be interacting with live animals during any event taking place here, we require all visitors to sign a Liability Waiver Agreement prior to participating in any activity. The animals here are all very sweet and friendly, but they are still animals, and accidents could happen! We take everyone’s safety very seriously – both our visitors and the animals – and we need to make sure you know there are still risks involved. To save time, you can download the Liability Waiver Agreement, and bring it with you to your event. If you have a larger group attending, we also have a Group Liability Waiver that you can use instead of individual forms.
